Its block-based editor lets a page grow from a quick note into a company knowledge base, while databases, templates and now AI agents and meeting notes handle the structure around it. Desktop apps for macOS and Windows, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and a full-featured web version keep everything in sync.

The trade-off is deliberate: Notion is a proprietary, cloud-first service, so your content lives on the company's AWS-hosted infrastructure rather than on your device.
